Nowadays more and more college students skip at least one meal every day due to busy schedules, and most find it hard to keep up with grocery shopping since eating healthy requires more time and money. Those young adults with poor eating habits are more likely to experience eating disorders and obesity in their later years.
KUAi’S introduces prepared meal packages for college students to make their own healthy “instant” food with less money, so they can adapt their lifestyles to today’s society as they take on more challenging work with the right amount of essential nutrients.
